2. What data we process and why
Enquiries
When you contact us through the form, WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the data you give us (name, phone number, town where the home is, plan of interest and message) to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.
The form on this website does not send data to any server: when you press "Send", WhatsApp opens on your device with the message already written, and you decide whether to send it.
Clients
If you book a service, we process the data needed to provide it: contact and billing details, the address of the home, access instructions, key holding, and the photos of the home we take on each visit to send you the report. Photos are only shared with you.
3. Legal basis
- Enquiries: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Clients: performance of the service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for accounting records and invoices). Visit photos are deleted when the service ends.
5. Who we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The following may be involved in providing the service:
- Repair professionals: only when you ask us to arrange a repair, and only the essential data (for example, the address and a description of the problem).
- Accountant or tax adviser: to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): if you contact us that way. Meta may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Third-party services on this website
When you visit this website, your browser connects to the following services, which receive your IP address in order to display the content:
- GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA): website hosting.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA): fonts.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): map library.

We also use GoatCounter (Netherlands) to count visits anonymously and in aggregate: pages viewed, country, language, browser type and referring website. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address or any information in your browser, and does not build visitor profiles. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in order to improve it.
The US companies listed are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the UK is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.

8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to email and stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the data protection authority in your country.
9. Children
Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14.
