If we spot a problem, we let you know and arrange the repair with trusted local professionals.
What we don't do: we don't carry out repairs ourselves (we coordinate them with outside professionals, paid for by the owner) and we don't look after pets.

Your questions answered
What happens if you find a problem at the house?
We tell you straight away, with photos, and if you wish we arrange the repair with a local professional. You see the quote first, and we are there to let them in and keep an eye on the work.
How do you keep my keys?
Keys are labelled with a code, never with your address, and are only used for the visits and services you authorise.
How does the shopping before my arrival work?
Send us your list and we stock the fridge and cupboards. We only charge what's on the receipt, with no mark-up.
Can I pause my plan while I'm staying at the house?
Yes. If you spend the summer or a long stay at your home, we pause your plan for those months so you don't pay for visits you don't need.
Do you look after pets?
No, our service focuses on the home: checks, airing, light cleaning, plants and getting everything ready for your arrival.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You can cancel whenever you like. If you pay for the year up front, you get 2 months free.
